This is a very good list of SEO Tools that are free. This is a list/directory, not a tutorial on how to do SEO.

Included in the brief description of the listing is a clickable link, a category of the item such as tool, service, resource, miscellaneous and a star rating for the product or service.

Look inside this book on Amazon at the Table of Contents. The Table of Contents shows it includes topics such as Keywords, Link Building, and a lot more. There is not just one or two items in each chapter. The chapter on Page Tags has over 15 items profiled.

This book contains everything you need to optimize the market on some of the most powerful search engines. It also has several tools and tricks to use. For each task, a summary of what you need to do and why. Then a list of sites to help you get it done -- with a review and rating of each site.

Great book! That is what i was looking for for SEO! There is no obvious things or many words, which everybody already knows. Just tools that you need to start your work with on-line business. The Author gives advices, ratings and he comments each tool provided. This book actually saves you a lot of time of searching for all these resources! Each and every aspect of SEO is covered!
i am really impressed! Finally i read not a novel about SEO, but how to do SEO practically!

This is an excellent and relevant book. It is well structured, and the examples are very much practice oriented. However, when I tried to install the included software under Windows 98 and Windows 2000 Prof I failed. Only under Windows 95 it runs!
Did I something wrong or it is just like that!

very good book to the USMLE

High Yield series are very good for the USMLE and this is a very nice concentrated book for the mechanisms of diseases and new (third edition=2009) for naming of different kinds of classes.

An ok review book

I used this book during my pharmacology class during my 2nd year of med school. I found that it was not detailed enough for class, but it would be good for board review. Its organized well, but I prefer BRS pharmacology to this bool.

Language could have been simplified, the "academese" was thick

I think this is an great piece of work, and should be taken by someone and rewritten to be used to teach primary school kids how to communicate effectively. In fact, Douglas Walton does a great job of explaining these concepts in his book "Fundamentals of Critical Argumentation", which I recommend over this one. These concepts are being adapted by computer programmers to develop algorithms for computers to imitate dialog. The authors took concepts that I consider to be common sense, documented them and created an "ideal" procedure for carrying out discussions. This book is important because I think it has the potential to improve the quality of life for everyone because it teaches a procedure for communication that if learned early and used could dramatically reduce misunderstandings and effectively expose fallacies in reasoning. BRAVO!
beware though, it is DRY.

This booklet can be otherwise titled, "If You Can Dream It, You Can Have It!"

Neville illustrates the power of a human mind to shape its reality in this book, and colors his words with scriptures. He also gives anecdotal examples of how people used their Imaginations and beliefs that God was in them to get what they needed to live the life they wanted.

His gnostic colors do show between the lines of his writing: you ARE God, God dreamed YOU, etc. I don't know that I agree with his writing 100%, but I agree with his techniques and other points enough in this book to give it 5 stars wholeheartedly.

This is a short book, about 200 Kindle locations. But a worthy read for $0.99.

Didn't select this book for my course

I teach a computing ethics course at an area University. I did not select this book as my text when I reviewed texts for use in the Fall 2004 semester. I did choose Spinello and Tavani's new reader; but this book--like most of the predecessors Spinello has written--would drive my students nuts -- and they wouldn't know why. Bottom line: poorly written and not easy to read -- lots of tough sentence choices made. However, as with Spinello's other books, there are some points he makes that no other computing ethics texts' authors do make! So, I'll glean those points out of his text and present them to my students rather than force them to work their way through and around his prose.

Waste of time

This book was an incredible waste of time. I felt that the essays were a) far too dated (a rambling discourse on the dangers of cookies) or b) too out of touch (Rape in cyberspace was NOT a real rape in cyberspace, folks) The authors seem to be mainly scholars without a tech background than technical folks and I have to agree that the thesaurus was in heavy use during the writing of most of the these essays. Finally the book contains very little practical information on cyberethics. Not even a single case study.
